✅ Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • You notify us within 2 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Products purchased under sale or discount offers
  • Items returned after 2 days of delivery
  • Size or preference issues (please refer to our size and product descriptions before purchase)
  • Custom or made-to-order sarees

📦 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at  trikshaonline@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Include your order number, photos of the product, and the reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipping process.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • We do not offer refunds to wallets or cash.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a new order separately.

❗ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
  • After this period, the order will be processed and shipped, and cancellations will not be accepted.
